We are Xtream TV ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us"), an independent mobile application developer publishing applications on the Google Play Store. Our apps span a range of categories including but not limited to media players, IPTV viewers, utilities, entertainment, and productivity tools.
This Privacy Policy governs all applications we publish. By installing and using any of our apps, you agree to this policy.
02📌
Scope of This Policy
This single Privacy Policy applies universally to all mobile applications developed and published by Xtream TV on the Google Play Store. This includes apps for:
Media playback and IPTV streaming (e.g., M3U playlist players, live TV apps)
Video, audio, and entertainment apps
Utility and productivity apps
Tools and general-purpose apps
Any other current or future apps we publish
Where a specific app has unique privacy considerations, we may supplement this policy with an in-app notice. This policy should be read as the baseline that applies to all of our apps.
03📦
Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary. The exact data collected depends on the app and the features you use:
Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, Android OS version, screen resolution, language, and app version — used for compatibility and bug fixing.
Usage & Analytics Data: Screens visited, features used, session duration, and button interactions — collected anonymously to understand how the app is used.
Crash & Error Reports: Automatically generated logs when the app crashes, including device state and error stack trace — used to fix bugs. No personal data is included.
App-Specific User Data (Local Only): Data you enter within an app (e.g., URLs, playlist links, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device only. We cannot access it.
Network Information: Connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and general IP address — used only for optimizing content delivery and not stored beyond the active session.
Permissions-Based Data: If an app requests device permissions (camera, microphone, storage, location), it will only access that data when you actively use a feature that requires it. Permission access is always opt-in.
What we do NOT collect: Your name, email address, phone number, payment information, contacts, messages, or any other personally identifiable information — unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting our support.
04🔧
How We Use Your Data
Data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
App Operation: To provide core features and functionality of the app.
Performance Optimization: To detect and fix crashes, improve load times, and enhance stability.
User Experience: To remember your settings, preferences, and in-app configurations between sessions.
Product Improvement: To understand which features are most useful and guide future development decisions using anonymous, aggregated analytics.
Support: If you contact us for help, we use the information you voluntarily share (such as device details or error descriptions) to resolve your issue.
Legal Compliance: To meet our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
We do not use your data for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating and improving the app.
05🗄️
Data Storage & Retention
Local Device Storage: User-generated data (settings, configurations, history, preferences) is stored on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers.
Analytics & Crash Data: Anonymous diagnostic data is retained by third-party analytics services (see Section 7) for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
Support Communications: If you email us for support, your messages are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the issue, and no longer than 12 months.
Deletion on Uninstall: All locally stored app data is permanently removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
We do not operate a server-side user database. We do not store personal profiles or accounts associated with you.
06🤝
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Data may only be shared in the following strictly limited circumstances:
Analytics Providers: Anonymized, aggregated usage data with services like Google Firebase Analytics to measure app performance. No personally identifiable information is included.
Crash Reporting Services: Automated error logs (no personal data) with services like Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix technical issues.
Legal Obligations: If required to do so by law, court order, or government request, or to enforce our Terms of Service or protect users' safety.
Business Transfer: In the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, user data may transfer to the new entity with at least 30 days' prior notice to users.
Third-party content: Some apps (e.g., media players) connect directly to third-party servers based on URLs or links you provide. Those connections are governed by the third party's own privacy policy — not ours.

Third-Party Services
Our apps may use the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policy:
Google Firebase Analytics: Anonymous app usage analytics. Privacy Policy ↗
Firebase Crashlytics: Automated crash and error reporting. Privacy Policy ↗
Google Play Services: Core Android services including app licensing and update delivery. Privacy Policy ↗
Google AdMob (if applicable): If a specific app displays ads, AdMob may collect advertising identifiers. You can opt out via your Android device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Privacy Policy ↗
ExoPlayer / AndroidX Media3: Open-source media playback library (Google). Collects no data.
Not all services are used in every app. Only services relevant to the app you're using will be active.
08🔒
Data Security
We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your data:
Encryption in Transit: All data sent between the app and external services uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Local Data Encryption: Sensitive locally stored data (such as credentials) uses Android's encrypted SharedPreferences or Keystore where applicable.
Minimal Data Collection: The less data we collect, the less there is to protect. We follow a strict data minimization approach.
No Central Database: Since we do not maintain a user database, there is no central server holding your personal information that could be compromised.
Regular Updates: We release app updates to patch security vulnerabilities. We recommend keeping the app updated.
No digital system can guarantee 100% security. We encourage you to protect your device with a screen lock and exercise caution when granting app permissions.
09👤
Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data. Here's what you can do at any time:
Clear App Data: Go to Android Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data to erase all locally stored data.
Revoke Permissions: Manage camera, microphone, storage, or location access anytime via Android Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Permissions.
Opt Out of Analytics: Many of our apps include a Settings → Privacy toggle to disable anonymous analytics collection.
Opt Out of Ad Personalization: On your Android device, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Uninstall: Removing the app permanently deletes all local data immediately.
Data Deletion Request: For any data you voluntarily shared with us (e.g., via support email), contact us at the address below and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
Users in certain regions (EU/EEA, California, etc.) may have additional rights such as data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy
Our applications are intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
Some of our apps (particularly media or entertainment apps) may allow access to content not suitable for children, depending on external sources connected by the user. Parents are encouraged to supervise usage and utilize Android's built-in parental controls.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@xtreamtv.app and we will promptly investigate and delete any such information.

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Display an in-app notification on the next launch after an update is published.
Update the privacy policy URL in the Google Play Store listing for affected apps.
